Music Association near the Sugar factory ,,Chełmża"

Near to the sugar factory "Chełmża” acts the Music Association, which covers a wind orchestra, which has its roots in 1865. In November 1998 the big band “Kamerton” came into existence, executing diverse music, from jazz to charts hits.

Choir ,,Holy Cecylia"

Amongst the cultural institutions of Chełmża one should count the mixed choir "Holy Cecylia". It was established in 1869 and was in 1996 honoured with the highest papal distinction "Pro Ecclesia Et Pontifice". In 2004 the choir counted around 135 members and had a summer of uninterrupted activity. The conductor of the choir is mr. Alfons Dorawa.
